Preparation and storage: Defrost in the fridge overnight or 8 to 12 hours. When ready, remove from outer packaging, cut open the sleeve above the re-sealable zip. Heat up-right in a bowl of boiled water or decant and heat to desired temperature. Do not let the contents boil. Always check the food temperature before feeding your baby.
Keep frozen.
Refrigerate once defrosted and opened and consumed within 2 days. Do not re-freeze or re-heat.
